Whidbey Island Astronomical Society will be on site with information and telescopes
2. Military Appreciation Picnic (9/16)
Join us in showing appreciation for our military to remember the sacrifice and service of members past and present.
Macaroni Kid will be there with games, books, candy, and prizes!
3. Corn Fest Event 2023 (9/16 and 9/17)
Get ready for a MAIZE-ing weekend at Whidbey Farm and Market's 2nd annual Corn Fest Event! 
4. Nutcracker Community Auditions(9/16)
ALL AGES are welcome to audition from 6 to 96. No prior dance experience necessary.
There are many parts available for this beloved holiday tradition going into its 31 year!
5. Soup Box Derby (9/17)
The Soup Box Derby is back! The wackiest, weirdest, most entertaining road race on the island, and a Langley tradition since 1972, will be held on Sunday, September 17th. Racer check-in is at 8:00 AM, and the races start at 10:00 AM sharp.
