Costumed kids ages 14 and younger are invited to Trick-or-Treat Downtown Oak Harbor Merchants.
There will be a Photo Booth at Captured Moments Photography
Oak Harbor Fire Department will be at Ely & Pioneer
Flightline Franks, LLC will be at the Allgire Project lot at 740 SE Pioneer Way
Whidbey Island Pirates will be at 940 SE Pioneer Way
There will be a Posh Puppies Pet Costume Contest, and a Costume Contest for all ages at the Pop Up Plaza at Pioneer & Dock Street!
Look for the orange balloons, they identify participating merchants.
Social distancing and masks are required.
