His Kids Preschool at Oak Harbor Lutheran Church has been an important ministry since 1993. We offer two preschool classes during the school year, a morning class and an afternoon class Monday-Wednesday. Depending on age, students can also be enrolled in an addition two-day Kindergarten Prep class Thursday-Friday. Our time in the classroom includes circle time, themed projects and activities, weekly chapel, monthly field trips, community presentations, and STEM learning on a 2-year curriculum. Our teachers and volunteers create a safe and engaging classroom for all children. We encourage the development of self-discipline, good self-image, and values, helping children to develop spiritually, physically, socially, and emotionally with a readiness experience in preparation for public school. At His Kids Preschool learning is fun. Children are taught through play to develop healthy personalities, form values, and develop the conscience, feelings and attitudes that form the foundation for a positive self-image and good relationships.
